The service post will be appointed at the Area Meeting on August 27, 2022, which takes place at the Sweden Convention in Borlänge. Nominees should be consulted and are recommended to attend the Area Meeting.

Chair of the Archives Committee
This is a new Service Position in CA Sweden.
The service assignment involves the following:
Coordinate all matters within the committee such as scanning, photographing, organizing, displaying the archive, returning materials to members versus long-term storage.
Attend and report at area meetings.
Ensure communication between the committee, districts and areas.
Voting rights on current issues at area meetings.
Desirable knowledge and qualities:
Knowledge of the traditions, WSM and Robert's Rules of Order.
Practical knowledge of the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Archives Committee (except for the first chair).
Structured, organized, accurate and responsible.
1 year of active service in the Archives Committee (except for the first chairperson to whom this call applies).
Other:
The first chair or interim chair must also prepare a statement of purpose for the committee and a draft budget.
This is presented by the President at his/her first area meeting.
Desirable minimum sober time: 1 year.
Length of service assignment: 2 years.

On Saturday, October 17, CA arranged an event where some members painted the legal graffiti wall in Tantolunden in Stockholm.
